Design, implement, and continuously optimize operational processes for channel partners, distribution networks, and B2B client accounts.
Lead cross-functional projects to integrate logistics solutions tailored to customer needs, including warehousing, last-mile, reverse logistics, or fulfillment models.
Act as the primary point of contact between commercial, operations, tech, and external partners to ensure alignment of goals and KPIs.
Develop and manage performance dashboards and operational SLAs for channel performance and client fulfillment.
Support business development teams with technical input on logistics capabilities, cost modeling, and service architecture.
Coordinate onboarding of new channel partners or customers, ensuring seamless system and process integration.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data insights and LEAN / Six Sigma methodologies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety requirements in all operations.
Willingness to work night shift and split shift.
Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
