Job Description
- Design and develop a partner ecosystem framework, including incentive models, onboarding journeys, and performance tracking
- Identify, engage, and onboard highimpact partners across fintech, SaaS, digital communities, industry KOLs, and strategic aggregators
- Negotiate partnership terms, including collaboration scope, deliverables, and exclusivity where applicable
- Provide partner enablement through structured training, product content, and readytouse campaign materials
- Run experiments to optimize partner funnel conversion and scale repeatable growth motions
- Lead crossfunctional alignment across product, compliance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and scalable launches
The Successful Applicant
A successful Channel Marketing Specialist should have:
- Proven experience building or scaling partnerships, channels, or growth initiatives in fintech, SaaS, or other digital-first industries
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in fastpaced environments
- Comfortable working with product and technology teams, and able to translate technical concepts into clear partner-facing messaging
- Highly datadriven with good understanding of growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, attribution, and funnel analytics
