Join us as a Channel Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of channel marketing! You'll play a key role in keeping our marketing processes running smoothly while building valuable real-world experience.

Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore

Internship intake: August / September 2026

Internship duration: 6 months

As a Coca-Cola Intern, you will

Spacebuy calculation and payout tracking for Mar till June

• Consolidate the outlet detail given by STL and work into the payout tracking format.
• Calculate the quantity to payout as per plan.
• Share the payout summary for approval and inform the team to proceed issuing the payout.

Incentive Tracking file for Displays, Volume Drive, Distribution Drive etc

• Consolidate the achievement result from RGM and STL into the incentive tracking file.
• Calculate the incentive entitle by each MDs and STL.
• Share the summary for approval and arrange the payout accordingly.

Simplified the TRO file and working on the TRO communication file

• Using the current TRO file to simplified the file for everyone tracking (TM, Sales, RGM).
• Review the TRO communication and summarize the comm as simple as possible.

Voucher preparation for incentive payout (Weekly, Monthly)

• Prepare the correct amount of voucher for weekly and monthly payout.

Prepare and Update Trade presenter

• Update the latest trade presenter with the Correct and latest SKU Code and Pack shot.

Supplier Sourcing, Invoice and GR

• Support the team to source item from Supplier.
• Support the team to get and clear pending invoice and GR item.

What We're Looking For

• Team player and able to work with different level of people.
• Ability to develop & implement task given, build Excel and PPT for the job.
• Independently manage the stakeholder and developed the file requested.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to work cooperatively with different functions & departments.
• Good project management skills with meticulous follow-up.
