Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level on a global stage As a Channel Manager at Hotel101, you'll oversee and optimize our diverse sales channels, building strategic partnerships that drive growth and expand our market presence worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel strategies in partnership with global leadership.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to grow market reach.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with channel partners and act as their main point of contact.
  • Provide partners with training, tools, and support to drive sales performance.
  • Monitor performance, analyze trends, and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and initiatives that boost partner engagement.
  • Resolve partner-related issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Manage channel budgets to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Support internal team onboarding and development, ensuring alignment with company culture and standards.
  • All compensation offers are subject to candidate experience/qualifications, location-specific adjustments, and Hotel101 Global Compensation Policy. Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required additional regional languages are a strong plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in channel or partner sales management, ideally within hospitality, real estate, or related industries.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute channel strategies that align with business objectives and global market dynamics.
  • Sales Performance: Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective partner engagement, enablement, and relationship management.
  • Global Market Insight: Solid understanding of international markets and cultural nuances, with the ability to tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of Hotel101 solutions to partners.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team.
  • Travel: Comfortable with regional and occasional international travel as needed.
