The hiring company is a global leader in warehouse robotics and intelligentlogistics solutions, providing AMR and smart automation systems to customersacross logistics, retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute APAC channel strategy to drive scalable revenue growth
- Build and expand a strong ecosystem of System integrators, Distributors, Strategic partners
- Lead partner acquisition, onboarding, and enablement programs
- Drive channel-led pipeline and revenue, working closely with regional sales teams
- Establish partner tiering, incentives, and performance frameworks
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver end-to-end automation solutions
- Represent Geek+ in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic negotiations
Requirements:
- 5-15 years of experience in channel sales / partner management / indirect sales
- Proven success in building and scaling APAC partner ecosystems
- Strong network with System integrators, Logistics & automation partners
- Experience in industries such as Warehouse automation, Robotics AMR, Industrial automation, Supply chain solutions
- Strong understanding of partner-led GTM strategies
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multiple APAC markets and cultures
- Fluent in Mandarin and English is a strong advantage
