Our client is an healthcare diagnostics company that is currently looking for a Channel Management Director to oversee and drive regional growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and strengthen networks.
- Lead commercial discussions, including pricing, contracts, and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor performance, set goals, and introduce programs to drive results.
- Align external partnerships with overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee commercial terms and ensure smooth integration of services across networks.
- Use data insights to continuously improve marketing and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- More than 10 years of experience in commercial leadership within healthcare or diagnostics
- Strong KOL network in the Oncology space
- Proven success in distributor management and channel optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, regulatory environments, and growth strategies.
- Strong communication skills
