Job Responsibilities:
End-to-End Channel Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of overseas payment channels, from onboarding and technical integration to daily maintenance, ensuring high availability and system stability.
Compliance & Process Standardization: Coordinate with KYC, legal, and finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance while consolidating cross-functional SOPs to drive overall operational efficiency.
Risk Control & Transaction Integrity: Accurately resolve transaction exceptions and collaborate with internal/external partners to safeguard fund security and maintain a seamless payment experience.
Data-Driven Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics (success rates, account opening, volume) to identify bottlenecks and execute data-driven optimizations that improve channel efficiency.
Strategic Growth & Revenue Optimization: Optimize routing mechanisms, cost structures, and conversion funnels to maximize profit margins and aggressively drive the achievement of transaction volume and revenue goals.
Partner Relationship Management: Maintain high-level engagement with global payment partners and banks to resolve conflicts, negotiate better terms, and enhance long-term collaboration returns.
