Channel Sales & Distribution Manager – IT Hardware / Technology | Singapore

We are partnering with a global B2B technology company to hire a Channel Sales & Distribution Manager as their first hire in Singapore.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales professional to build channel partnerships, develop distribution networks, and drive market expansion across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand channel partners, distributors, and resellers in Singapore
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build strong relationships with distribution partners and end customers
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Work closely with regional stakeholders across different time zones

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management
  • Background in IT hardware, technology accessories, networking, or related industries preferred
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers, or channel partners
  • Self-starter with the ability to build markets from scratch
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment
