- Perform full spectrum of Insurance processes relating to servicing of new and renewal clients accounts.
- Process General Insurance applications and issuance of insurance documents.
- Liaise with our Insurance Managers on documentation to ensure proper closing of each deal.
- Handle clients enquiries with confidence.
- Correspond with customer through emails.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurers.
- Following up on payment not made during Processing with Insurance Managers or clients.
- To carry out daily opening and closing procedures such as checking payment records via online merchant.
- May involved in projects to improve the quotation/processing process through the utilization of technology.
- To undertake any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Knowledge & Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
- At least 2 years work experience in a similar capacity would be preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and bilingual.
- Take ownership and be responsible for actions and results.
- Meticulous in documentation and pay attention to details.
- Proactive with positive mindset.
