Analyse compliance requirements of policies and rules by payment channel partners, review whether XTransfer products and internal processes meets regulatory compliance requirements, Anti Money Laundering requirements, and the company&aposs internal control and operational risks and other risk prevention requirements before the launch;
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the XTransfer product and local regulatory and financial crime requirements to support business and operational teams on how to interpret regulatory requirements, improve processes and our product to avoid compliance breaches and/or incidents;
Review the main products and new channels that have been released according to the above perspectives;
Oversee requirements of channel partners such as banks and payment institutions, extract our compliance obligations, work with compliance officers, compliance operations and strategy teams to convert them into channel and product rules, and ensure effective implementation.
Key Skills
Understand the regulatory requirements of at least one regulatory agency for the payment industry.
Be familiar with financial crime requirements in working with payment channel partners.
Have a good understanding of the payment industry and product infrastructure.
At least 5 years of experience in Anti Money Laundering, compliance assurance and audit, internal control and operational risk.
Ability to prioritise effectively and call-out what are the key areas of improvement and implementation required from a compliance point of view.
Lead large scale compliance project at the company level is a plus.
