About the Role
The Channel Account Manager at NinjaOne drives sales and profitability through channel partners by identifying, engaging, and onboarding prospects while enabling their success through sales, training, and marketing initiatives.
This is a strategic role which will contribute significantly to the success of NinjaOne and the APAC region. You will be responsible for prospecting, onboarding, maintaining relationships and driving revenue with our channel partners and helping NinjaOne move upstream to the large mid-market/enterprise space.
This role represents NinjaOne's first dedicated channel hire on the ground in Singapore and will play a pivotal role in establishing NinjaOne as a partner-first vendor across Southeast Asia. You'll enter a warm environment with an established office and existing contacts, supported by our experienced Australia-based team. The successful candidate will operate with significant autonomy, helping to shape local strategy, partner engagement models, and go-to-market execution across the region.

What You'll be Doing
Identify, qualify, and onboard prospective partners
Develop and execute a channel strategy that aligns with NinjaOne's business objectives and the overall APAC Channel Plan
Design, launch, and operationalise scalable channel sales motions (sales plays) in partnership with NinjaOne Account Executives and regional leadership
Articulate the value of NinjaOne's Partner Program and demonstrate the product to key channel stakeholders
Own a regional plan and forecast for your territory
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to achieve objectives
Build and execute joint business plans with regional and in-country distributors to scale partner recruitment, enablement, and pipeline velocity
Leverage distributor resources (sales, pre-sales, marketing, enablement) to extend NinjaOne's reach across SEA markets
Contribute beyond core responsibilities where required to support NinjaOne's growth in the region
Other duties as needed.
About You
5+ years managing Channel Partners, VARs, System Integrators, Distributors, or MSPs
Deep knowledge of Singapore and SEA partner landscape with established Tier 1/2 contacts
Act as regional multiplier from Singapore, driving scalable partner strategies across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Philippines
Proven track record building or scaling partner ecosystems in high-growth markets
Comfortable operating autonomously with limited infrastructure and minimal oversight
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to create mutually beneficial solutions
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to independently identify and qualify opportunities
Excellent communication skills to build relationships and address partner challenges
Skilled in developing partner/territory strategies, business plans, and KPI measurement
Proven ability to influence C-level executives and partner principals
Proficiency in additional SEA languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia, Thai, Tagalog) highly regarded but not required
Experience with AWS and Alliance Partner programs a plus
