Job Title: Change Request (CR) Analyst / Coordinator
Location: Singapore
Contract Duration: 12 Months ( renewable)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Change Request (CR) Analyst / Coordinator to manage end-to-end change requests and ensure smooth deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, experience in change management, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and manage Change Requests (CRs) in line with project and deployment requirements
- Perform impact analysis and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained before implementation
- Coordinate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless execution of changes
- Ensure adherence to change management policies and release governance processes
- Track CRs end-to-end, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all change activities
- Identify risks and dependencies associated with change requests
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Change Management / Release Management processes
- Experience in handling Change Requests (CR lifecycle management)
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes (certification is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple changes and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, or similar ITSM tools
- Exposure to DevOps environments and CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience in banking, telecom, or large enterprise IT environments
