Job Summary
As a Change Practitioner, you will lead and execute change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions, measure progress, and support teams through training and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change initiatives to enable successful transitions to target states
- Design and implement metrics to measure transition progress and guide corrective actions
- Facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder insights and feedback for informed decision-making
- Create comprehensive change management plans aligned with project objectives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless change implementation
- Provide training and support to team members to promote adaptability and change readiness
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related challenges
- Develop subject matter expertise in change management practices to perform independently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in Change Management
- Beginner proficiency in Journey Management
- Beginner proficiency in Design & Build Enablement
- Beginner proficiency in Stakeholder Management
