AI & Automation Change Manager
Location: Singapore
Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Change Manager to support the successful rollout and sustained adoption of AI and automation initiatives across the organisation. Partnering closely with Product and Technology teams, this role ensures initiatives are effectively embedded into business operations through structured change planning, stakeholder engagement, and behavioural adoption strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate AI and automation roadmap initiatives into structured change and adoption plans.
- Conduct organisational impact assessments across processes, roles, and governance.
- Identify adoption risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive executive alignment and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
- Develop communication, training, and engagement programmes aligned to release timelines.
- Produce core change artefacts including change strategies, stakeholder plans, communications, and readiness dashboards.
- Monitor adoption metrics and support long-term behavioural integration post-launch.
Experience & Skills
- 35 years of experience in change management within digital, AI, automation, or enterprise transformation environments.
- Experience working closely with Product and Technology delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to independently deliver end-to-end change activities.
- Knowledge of recognised change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
