Key Responsibilities

1. Design and Develop Change Management Programme

  • Conduct comprehensive change readiness assessments and develop tailored transformation roadmaps for assigned divisions.
  • Design change interventions and experiential learning approaches that embed new ways of working.
  • Create cultural transformation programmes and mindset development interventions that build adaptive capacity.
  • Develop bootcamps, development programmes, and peer learning frameworks for network building.
  • Design structured networking and mentorship programmes to enable cross-divisional collaboration.
  • Contribute change management expertise to strategy development and programme design.

2. Deliver and Implement Change in Organisation

  • Facilitate leadership engagement sessions to secure commitment and alignment across divisions.
  • Implement change interventions using hands-on experimentation and structured change processes.
  • Deliver cultural transformation programmes through hackathons, prototyping sessions, and innovation activities.
  • Execute bootcamps and development programmes to support network growth and capability building.
  • Coordinate cross-divisional networking events and mentorship programmes.
  • Provide change management consultation and guidance to digital innovation initiatives and platform transitions.

3. Monitor and Iterate

  • Establish and maintain divisional change networks and communities of practice.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to divisional champions and change advocates.
  • Collaborate with corporate functions to identify transformation enablers and address systemic barriers.
  • Monitor transformation progress and assess intervention effectiveness across assigned divisions.
  • Report on change management outcomes and provide strategic recommendations for programme refinement.
  • Support governance model transitions through continuous change management oversight.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Organisational Development, or related field
  • 5-8 years experience in change management, organisational development, or transformation roles
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering capability building programmes
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse organisational contexts
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (government/public sector preferred)
  • Understanding of digital transformation challenges and agile operating models
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management approaches
  • Background in education sector or understanding of public sector operating environments
  • Experience with experiential learning design and adult learning principles
  • Track record of successful large-scale organisational transformation initiatives
