Job Description

1. Change Strategy & Operating Model

. Support implementation of change strategies to support the rollout of advanced AI solutions across the bank.

. Partner with HR to embed change implications into people and change strategy, workforce planning, and job architecture.

2. Change Impact & Workforce Transition

. Support change impact assessments across Business Units, identifying impacts to roles, skills, workflows, governance, and controls.

. Support the execution of workforce transition plans, including role evolution, redeployment pathways, and reskilling needs.

3. Adoption, Engagement & Enablement

. Support the design and deployment of change management artefacts (playbooks, toolkits, leader talking points, adoption dashboards).

. Support upskilling and retraining initiatives in collaboration with HR, Learning & Development, and external vendors.

4. Stakeholder Management & Governance

. Support the coordination with senior management, BU leaders, external consultants (e.g. Accenture) to ensure coherence between strategy, delivery, and change.

5. Communications & Measurement

. Support the shaping of clear, credible, and consistent change narratives.

. Support the definition and tracking of change effectiveness and adoption metrics (e.g. usage, behaviour change, capability readiness).

. Continuously refine change approaches based on feedback and data.


Experience

. Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, organisational transformation, or workforce transformation.

. Proven experience supporting large-scale technology or digital transformations within a banking or financial services environment.

. Hands-on experience with AI, automation, data, or advanced analytics programmes is strongly preferred.

Technical & Functional Skills

. Strong grounding in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR), with the ability to apply them pragmatically.

. Experience in change impact analysis, TOM design, and workforce transition planning.
