Job Description

Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end project planning for new initiatives, with primary focus on manpower planning automation projects.
  • Translate operational requirements into structured project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Analyze current manpower planning processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
  • Identify risks, system impacts, and change requirements, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Drive implementation of automated manpower planning solutions, including system rollout and process redesign.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Master s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences in Project management / Strategic Planning /Change management / Operational improvement /
  • Strong understand of Manpower planning model, Data analysis , and operational improvement
  • Good Communication & Presentation in both Thai & English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
