Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Change Management Manager to oversee and enhance our IT change processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure all technology changes are introduced smoothly and efficiently, with minimal impact to business operations, while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end IT change management process, including evaluation, approval, scheduling, and communication of changes.
- Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure timely stakeholder engagement and alignment.
- Develop and enforce change policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in line with ITIL best practices.
- Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to assess change impacts and readiness.
- Monitor and analyze change performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and reduce risk.
- Oversee post-implementation reviews and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future planning.
- Communicate change initiatives clearly and effectively across impacted teams.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years specifically in change management role.
- Preferred certifications: Prosci Change Management, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage change in enterprise-level, fast-paced IT environments.
