Mandatory Requirements
- Must be a Singapore Citizen
- Must be eligible for Singapore MSD CAT 1 security clearance (strict requirement)
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Business, Change Management, or a related field
- Experience in change management, corporate communications, or stakeholder engagement
- Strong writing skills with experience producing newsletters, communication materials, and event content
- Experience with town hall planning, stakeholder coordination, and internal communications
- Understanding of information architecture and digital communication channels
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
Preferred: Experience in government or regulated industries, branding/UX familiarity, or knowledge of change management frameworks
