Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies
- Create communication materials, newsletters, and event content
- Plan and execute town halls and stakeholder engagements
- Manage internal communications and digital channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change adoption
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen with MSD CAT 1 security clearance eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Change Management, or related field
- Experience in change management, corporate communications, or stakeholder engagement
- Strong writing and organizational skills
- Experience with town hall planning and internal communications
Preferred:
- Government or regulated industry experience
- Branding/UX familiarity
- Knowledge of change management frameworks
