Job Description
. We are seeking a dynamic Change Management Practitioner to drive and support organizational change initiatives.
. The role focuses on enabling smooth transitions to target operating models by implementing structured change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring adoption across teams.
. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
. Support the development and execution of change management initiatives to enable successful transition to the target state
. Define and track metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change programs and recommend corrective actions
. Work independently and contribute as a subject matter expert in change management practices
. Actively participate in team discussions and provide practical solutions to work-related challenges
. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather insights, feedback, and alignment
. Develop and maintain comprehensive change management plans aligned with project and business goals Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of changes
. Support stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to drive awareness and buy-in
. Provide training, guidance, and support to teams to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications::
. Experience: Relevant experience in Change Management or Transformation initiatives
. Core Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Change Management methodologies and frameworks
. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
. Ability to define metrics and interpret data to drive decisions
. Stakeholder & Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels
. Execution & Delivery: Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
. Experience in facilitating workshops and driving discussions
Preferred Skills
. Basic understanding of Journey Management Exposure to Design & Build Enablement practices
. Familiarity with Stakeholder Management frameworks
. Experience in organizational transformation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives
