Chambermaid

Job Summary:

A Chambermaid is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established standards

• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels

• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors

• Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors

• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, water, and tea/coffee items

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to supervisors

• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously

• Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals

• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, linen rooms, and service areas

• Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and security procedures
