Job Summary
The Chairman & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing overall strategic leadership, governance oversight, and operational direction for the company. As both Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, the role ensures alignment between the Board's governance responsibilities and the company's long-term strategy and operational performance.
The Chairman & CEO will drive sustainable growth through strong execution of transformation and integration services, while strengthening the company's ecosystem of technology principals, strategic partners, and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the company's business strategy.
- Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen the company's market position and competitive advantage.
Board Leadership (Chairman Role)
- Lead the Board of Directorsand ensure strong corporate governance practices.
- Facilitate board discussions on company performance, risk management, and strategic direction.
- Ensure transparency and accountability to shareholders and stakeholders.
- Maintain alignment between board oversight and executive management execution.
Executive Leadership (CEO Role)
- Provide leadership to the executive management team and oversee the overall operations of the company.
- Establish operational standards that support project delivery excellence, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain an effective organizational structure that supports scalability and operational efficiency.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Drive the acquisition of enterprise and public sector customers through strategic sales initiatives and market expansion.
- Maintain strong executive relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, contract renewal, and long-term client retention.
- Promote a client-centric culture focused on delivering measurable business value through technology solutions.
Business Principals & Strategic Partnerships
- Build and strengthen relationships with technology principals, vendors, and solution providers.
- Expand strategic alliances with major technology.
- Ensure strong alignment between the company's service capabilities and partner technology roadmaps.
- Negotiate strategic partnership agreements that enhance the company's competitiveness and market reach.
Financial & Business Performance
- Ensure sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and financial stability.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation.
- Monitor performance of major contracts, service lines, and business units.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization across the organization.
Organizational Leadership
- Build a high-performance organization focused on accountability, and delivery excellence.
- Develop and mentor senior leadership.
- Promote ethical leadership, regulatory compliance, and corporate responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- MBA or equivalent advanced management qualification preferred.
- 20+ years of leadership experience in IT services, or systems integration.
- Experience developing and managing relationships with major technology principals and enterprise clients.
- Experience working with or reporting to a Board of Directors is highly desirable.
