To work with the Customer Engineering Services team ensure deliver the assigned project safely, on time and within budget. Furthermore, he/she may need to maintain the reliability of Linde owned assets at customer or Linde premises.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee project related to the design and installation of bulk gas systems.
- Verify the calculations that have been submitted in design proposal such as pressure drop calculation, velocity calculation, temperature calculation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, safety and customer for HAZOP to ensure project success.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget project completion.
- Liaise with procurement on material/equipment/contractor selection to maximize cost saving whilst still delivering on customer's requirement.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement and quality control.
- Manage contractors for civil, mechanical, electrical, instrument scope of the project and keep track of schedule for each party
- Perform risk assessments and implement safety protocols in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to meet project goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning and start up of bulk gas system.
- Maintain accurate project documentation such as datasheet creation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with drafter to prepare engineering drawings in Autocad such as P&ID
- Ensure proper handover of bulk gas system to customer for system operation and maintenance.
- Attending necessary on-site safety meeting.
- Additional task might be assigned that is not within project scope as the personnel will be reporting to the customer service engineering team reporting to the customer service engineering team
- Lead the whole CES pumper project include deliver the project and maintain the reliability of pumper, improvement project for pumper operation.
Requirements :
- Knowledge of VIE tank, manifold and piping.

- Understand pumper and purging operation
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software
- OPSOC Supervisor course, BSCC and necessary course to attend customer enquiries.
- Minimum degree in engineering
- Strong working knowledge and hands on experience with rotating and static equipment, and maintenance
- Need to be disciplined, strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to work OT-hours and weekends, as needed
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills, good collaboration skills,
- Ability to work in groups, interacting with plant operations, M&E, SHEQ departments and customers
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale projects and overseeing site activities
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
