Job Summary:

Role: Certified Adobe Campaign Classic Developer

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Singapore

The Certified Adobe Campaign Classic Developer will focus on platform enhancements, WebApp development, system integration, and maintenance of Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) and related data flows. This role ensures seamless marketing operations through technical implementation, integration, and optimization of Adobe Campaign Classic v8 and associated systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Certification: Certified Adobe Campaign Classic Developer

Experience:

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Adobe Campaign development experience.

- Strong understanding of Adobe Campaign Classic v8 architecture and functionalities.

Technical Skills:

- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom development and platform extensions.

- Familiarity with CRM integrations across marketing, sales, and support systems for seamless data flow and improved customer insights.

Additional Skills:

- Experience with RT-CDP (Adobe Experience Platform) preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical Implementation & Development

- Design, develop, and maintain WebApps and integrations with Adobe Campaign Classic v8.

- Integrate ACC with new marketing channels and external interfaces.

- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate deployments with internal Spoke team members and Hub.

Data Management & Integration

- Manage schema extensions, API integrations, and optimize data flows.

- Develop and monitor data ingestion pipelines troubleshoot failed feeds, synchronization issues, or workflow errors.

- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across RT-CDP sources, attributes, and identity namespaces.

- Execute data import/export processes in compliance with governance and security standards.

- Perform data validation, cleansing, and deduplication.

Performance & Security

- Design and optimize queries, workflows, and automations to improve system performance and operational efficiency.

- Troubleshoot campaign execution issues and maintain platform stability.

- Implement and monitor security measures including access controls, encryption, and data retention practices.

Documentation & Governance

- Maintain proper documentation and version control for all developments, workflows, and configurations.
