We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process applications for product certification to ensure compliance to safety, performance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with respective departments in reviewing enquiries to ensure timely activation and delivery of certification.
- Make informed decisions on granting the relevant certification based on the review of product test reports, workflows, and processes.
- Track and update changes in standards and ensure timely implementation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department's quality system
- Liaise with Accreditation Bodies (ABs) to coordinate and confirm assessment schedules
- Plan and organize internal and external assessment activities
- Ensure all quality documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support assessment readiness and follow-up actions
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quality management or certification-related roles
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17024, ISO/IEC 17025, and ISO/IEC 17020
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset
