The CEO Office Associate will work closely with the Managing Partner to support strategic initiatives, portfolio management, fundraising activities, research projects, and operational excellence across the firm. This role serves as an extension of the CEO Office, helping to drive execution, improve decision-making processes, and coordinate key priorities across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Managing Partner on high-priority strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Conduct research on industries, markets, emerging technologies, consumer trends, and investment themes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, and decision-support documents.
- Assist in evaluating potential partnerships, ecosystem opportunities, and strategic collaborations.
- Translate meetings into actionable follow-up items and track execution progress.
- Monitor key priorities, project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and follow-through.
- Support portfolio reporting, KPI tracking, valuation monitoring, and portfolio performance analysis.
- Assist in gathering information and preparing reports for portfolio companies and internal stakeholders.
- Support fundraising activities, investor engagement tracking, and CRM management.
- Prepare briefing notes and meeting materials for investors, founders, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
- Build and maintain internal dashboards, trackers, and knowledge management systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI tools, and workflow optimization.
- Organize and maintain institutional knowledge, documentation, and reporting systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Business, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, or related disciplines.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and simplify complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through projects, student organizations, startups, events, community initiatives, or other meaningful achievements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
- Basic financial literacy and business understanding.
- Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, data analysis, and dashboard creation would be advantageous.
- No prior venture capital experience is required.
