Complete technical knowledge of turbochargers of various makes requried including the trouble shooting, service aspects, etc. Previous experience with makers preferred. Marketing knowledge with proper networking with ship owners and ship managers required. Managing the company operations including all aspects related to financial planning, expenses, etc
