Job Duty:
This CEO position is responsible for overall strategic direction, operational execution, and financial performance of the company in ASEAN. The role includes building a scalable electric truck trading platform, integrating vehicle sales, and leasing, while ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
A. Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the company's vision in the electric truck and charging ecosystem
- Identify market entry and expansion opportunities (e.g., Singapore, Thailand, other ASEAN counties)
- Develop business models - Vehicle trading (import/export)
- Establish long-term partnerships with logistics companies, and energy providers
B. Commercial & Business Development
- Build and manage key customer relationships e.g. logistics companies, port operators, industrial fleet operators
- Structure commercial deals, such as leasing contracts (5-8 years), fleet electrification programs and drive revenue growth and market share expansion
C. Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain, e.g. vehicle sourcing, importation and homologation, delivery and after-sales service
- Ensure operational efficiency in inventory management, fleet deployment, maintenance programs
Qualifications & Experience
- Over 10 years in automotive, commercial vehicles and electric truck industry.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and partnerships of infrastructure or asset-heavy businesses
- Proven track record in scaling operations and raising capital
- Familiarity with EV ecosystem and energy markets is highly preferred
