Weare seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Supervisor to oversee centre operations, programme quality, and staff performance to ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality environment for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of programme quality, safety, and compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, supervise, and support staff in delivering quality care and programmes for children.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture that supports children with diverse needs and their families.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and continuous improvement of centre operations.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, staff, and stakeholders to promote a welcoming and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Child Development, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in student care, education, or a related sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Ability to multitask and manage centre operations effectively.
