Job Summary
Lead and supervise childcare teams to deliver quality early childhood education. Communicate effectively across all levels and utilize social media to engage stakeholders and support childcare operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise childcare staff to ensure high-quality care and education in a childcare setting
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, parents, and stakeholders to support childcare operations
- Apply knowledge of early childhood education leadership to enhance program delivery and team performance
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with the community and promote childcare services
- Manage daily childcare activities to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Pre-school Education Leadership (DPE-L) or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Leadership (DECCE-L)
- At least 1 year of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with social media platforms for communication and engagement
