Centre Principal (Preschool)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Centre Principal to oversee the daily operations, curriculum implementation, and overall administration of our preschool. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate in Mandarin and have a strong background in early childhood education and centre leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
• Supervise curriculum delivery and classroom management
• Oversee enrolment and class allocations
• Ensure high standards in programme and service delivery
• Maintain strong communication with parents and promote involvement
• Liaise with ECDA and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Handle budgeting, resource procurement, and financial documentation
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and maintenance of the school environment
• Plan staff training and development programmes
• Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of all school operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role
• ECDA-recognized L2 certification or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to speak or understand Chinese to communicate with parents
• Passionate about early childhood education

Working Hours: Flexible, 8.5 hours per day
