Key Roles:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool centre, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements (e.g. ECDA).
- Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to maintain quality standards of teaching, care, and professionalism.
- Ensure age-appropriate and effective implementation of the preschool curriculum in alignment with early childhood education frameworks.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children's holistic development.
- Manage centre administration tasks.
- Maintain positive partnerships with parents through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
- Support professional development and performance reviews of teaching staff.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL/ADECL) & Relevant Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Previous supervisory experience in childcare settings is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
- Understanding and respect for Islamic values and practices
- Prior experience and knowledge in Right Brain Education is an advantage
