Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a conducive, safe and private space as well as accessibility to clients for an effective service delivery
- Lead, guide and support staff to develop their full potential and the competencies and behavioural traits that are aligned to the Organisation values
- Supervision and guidance to ensure best practices in clinical work
- Manage grants aligned to the programmes and Centre & PPIS Social Service strategic goals
- Ensure effective implementation of foster care services in line with the MSF Service Agreement and child protection standards
- Contribute to public awareness efforts and community engagement related to fostering
Qualification & Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in child welfare, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Familiarity with Singapore's foster care system and MSF frameworks preferred
- Willingness to learn and use CaseCentral (training provided if needed)
- Registered Social Worker (RSW) status preferred, or in progress.
