Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily centre operations to ensure smooth patient flow, timely service delivery, and adherence to operational standards
Coordinate across clinical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure effective execution of workflows and schedules
Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, turnaround time, and service quality
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, internal SOPs, and infection control standards
Ensure availability of medical supplies and proper maintenance of equipment to support uninterrupted operations
Assist in audit preparation, accreditation processes, and implementation of operational guidelines
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline, with relevant or equivalent experience preferred
Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
