About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead the daily operations and educational excellence of an early childhood centre. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to the teaching team, maintain strong relationships with families and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations and ensure compliance with ECDA regulations
• Lead, mentor, and support teaching and administrative staff
• Drive curriculum planning and quality learning experiences for children
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational planning
• Build strong relationships with parents, families, and community partners
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Support staff development, training, and performance management
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the centre

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Relevant leadership experience in an early childhood setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of curriculum planning and centre operations
• Positive leadership mindset with strong organisational abilities
• Passion for early childhood education and staff development
