Position: Student Care Centre Manager

Our student care centre provides a structured and supportive environment that supports the learning and developmental needs of children. We are seeking a dedicated Centre Manager who is passionate about working with children with diverse learning needs and committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing student care environment. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the centre, support the holistic development and well-being of our students, and lead the implementation of structured programmes and activities, while experiencing a fulfilling and rewarding journey through the execution of the following tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the student care centre.
- Plan and ensure that programmes and activities are implemented according to the established curriculum, supporting the holistic development of students.
- Coordinate operational logistics, including student arrivals and pick-up schedules.
- Ensure the safety and supervision of students while maintaining a well-managed, positive, and conducive learning environment.
- Mentor, develop, and manage a team of dedicated student care professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and organisational guidelines.
- Manage the centre's budget and resources effectively and responsibly.
- Continuously enhance service quality and identify opportunities for programme and centre development.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar student care centre supervisory role
- Demonstrates compassion, patience, and empathy when working with individuals with diverse needs.
- A strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills when engaging with students, families, and team members.
- Experience in Special Education, Nursing, Counselling, Care Services, or community service involving youth with diverse needs will be an added advantage.
