Centre Leader (Childcare)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and guidance to teaching and support staff
• Foster positive teamwork and collaboration among team members
• Lead and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, health, and safety regulations at all times
• Build and maintain positive partnerships with parents and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)
• Diploma in Preschool Education Leadership (DPL)
• At least 3 years of experience as a Childcare Centre Leader
• Proven experience in managing administrative and operational functions in a preschool setting
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people-management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Good command of spoken and written English
