Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising ground operations staff and ensuring smooth daily operations
Coordinate patient services including direct admissions, air evacuation, medical appointments, and liaison services
Manage and coordinate VVIP/VIP patient appointments and visits to ensure a seamless medical journey
Review and improve operational workflows and implement new processes where required
Provide on-the-job training (OJT), coaching, and mentoring to team members
Support service quality initiatives including complaint handling, investigations, audits, and improvement projects
Perform frontline counter duties when required and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
Manage departmental assets and coordinate with vendors or internal teams to resolve technical issues
Prepare operational reports, maintain proper documentation, and support departmental administration
Participate in hospital-level projects, meetings, and emergency planning activities
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
2-3 years of experience in healthcare or service-related industries, preferably in frontline/customer-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
