TRANS Family Services is a non-profit organization providing social services since 1979. We have 6 centres across Singapore providing social work and counselling services to support families in need. As we expand our services, we are looking for positive and like-minded individuals to join our organisation as Centre Director.

About the Role
The Centre Director leads the staff team in developing and delivering core services and programmes, while ensuring quality and relevance to the clients and community served. The Centre Director plays a pivotal role in steering the professional development of the team and ensuring the overall health and performance of the centre. The Centre Director oversees case management and provides guidance for crisis management. The Centre Director manages communications with key external stakeholders. The role is multi-pronged and entails strategic planning, policy and service implementation as well as staff management.

Candidate Requirements

A. Technical competencies

• Degree in Social Work or Counselling
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory and service planning capacity
• Good command of English language andwriting skills

B. Core Competencies
Ability to develop strategic plans at centre level and align with organization's mission, build and leverage community partnerships, lead and manage staff, manage complex cases.
