Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee central kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Supervise food preparation, including ingredient selection, recipe development, and menu planning.
  • Utilize technology to improve productivity and reduce labor costs.
  • Manage food costs by minimizing waste and optimizing ingredient yield.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in menu development, costing, and culinary innovation.
  • Familiarity with requirements from the Singapore Food Agency and Health Promotion Board is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Central kitchen experience or large scale catering and food production exposure will be advantageous.
