Attend to client enquiries professionally and provide quality customer service through emails, phone calls and walk-ins, IG DMs smooth and seamless pre and post-sales customer service
Packing and checking all cakes and against the invoices to ensure accuracy in message piping, candles, etc
Arranging cakes and sending them out to the respective drivers from the Central Kitchen for delivery
Manage and resolve all customer service recovery issues
Arranging delivery routes to drivers
Stock take and inventory
Managing stocks on online platforms and processing online orders
Preparation and submission of reports on a daily and monthly basis
Requirements:
5 days work week
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
