CCTV Operator (Fleet Monitoring)

We are seeking a highly attentive and responsible Operations Control Executive to support real-time fleet monitoring and ensure operational safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live sensor data and camera feeds via internal Portal and Fleet Management Systems
• Ensure all vehicles operate within defined safety and regulatory parameters
• Securely tag and archive CCTV/dashcam footage and black-box data for regulatory reporting and audit purposes (e.g. LTA/Traffic Police requirements)
• Execute incident response SOPs effectively and efficiently
• Act as the central communication point between Safety Teams, Remote Operators, and Field Operators

Advantageous to have:

• Prior experience in operations monitoring, control room, or fleet management is advantageous
• Calm and decisive under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills
