Job Description & Requirements

a) Check on the sewer flow condition

b) Ensure the correct sewer(s) is sealed and completely isolated

c) Ensure the workmanship of the sealing works is satisfactory

d) Report to the Board immediately on any anomalies, debris, materials found inside the manholes

e) Ensure all works comply with safe work procedures

f) Check on any other manhole-related matters as and when required by the Board

g) Perform any administrative duties pertaining to site audit inspections, as and when required by the Board

Requirements :

a. Certificate of Competency in WRc Sewer Pipelines Assessment and

Certification Course - for interpretation of CCTV videos and preparation of

CCTV reports in accordance with WRc defects coding standard or

b. Certificate of Proficiency in Sewer Pipeline Assessment Certification Programme

conducted by Singapore Society for Trenchless Technology, or

c. Other equivalent certification which shall be subject to the Board's approval.

(ii) Possess at least a minimum qualification of a Diploma Certification and be

conversant in both spoken and written English
