Role Description
This full-time on-site Catering Sales Manager position is based at Goodwood Park Hotel in Singapore. The role involves managing all aspects of catering sales, from attracting potential clients to ensuring client satisfaction through timely communication and exceptional service. Key responsibilities include creating and organizing customized catering packages, overseeing event planning and coordination, collaborating with the food and beverage team to execute events seamlessly, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clientele to drive repeat business. The position involves interacting with a diverse clientele and requires impeccable interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Catering Sales and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Proficiency in Event Planning and coordination, ensuring seamless execution of events from inception to completion.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with an emphasis on building positive client relationships and exceeding expectations.
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning and understanding culinary concepts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Experience in the luxury or hospitality sector is an advantage.
