Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to meet any changes or updates to event orders.
  • Identify critical requirements and expectations for each event with client.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients needs and responsible to act on behalf of client to ensure smooth delivery of service.
  • Work closely with respective operations and culinary team to ensure completeness of all related admin and documentations (Orders, PO/DO, SOP, etc)
  • Have product knowledge and create a unique selling proposition.
  • Lead generation, proactively following up with Marketing campaign.
  • Secure yearly contracts for catering.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Institutional Catering or Business.
  • Strong profile and accounts on F&B catering contacts and institutions catering are an added advantage.
  • Good and reliable contacts for F&B catering.
  • Excellent motivational and organization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan, execute and manage outdoor catering events will be important criteria for this position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual as need to communicate/liaise with customers
