Develop and maintain relationships with clients to meet any changes or updates to event orders.
Identify critical requirements and expectations for each event with client.
Develop a thorough understanding of clients needs and responsible to act on behalf of client to ensure smooth delivery of service.
Work closely with respective operations and culinary team to ensure completeness of all related admin and documentations (Orders, PO/DO, SOP, etc)
Have product knowledge and create a unique selling proposition.
Lead generation, proactively following up with Marketing campaign.
Secure yearly contracts for catering.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Institutional Catering or Business.
Strong profile and accounts on F&B catering contacts and institutions catering are an added advantage.
Good and reliable contacts for F&B catering.
Excellent motivational and organization skills.
Strong interpersonal, communications skills and attention to detail.
Ability to plan, execute and manage outdoor catering events will be important criteria for this position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual as need to communicate/liaise with customers
