Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and communicate professionally with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable menus and solutions
- Plan, prepare, and send quotations and confirmation orders in a timely manner
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with kitchen and logistics to ensure all confirmed orders are executed accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B, customer service, or admin
- Highly motivated, driven and hungry for sales. Energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Preferably able to converse in Mandarin, as the role requires coordination with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, subcontractors, and workers from Mainland China
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset while being capable of working independently
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and consistently accurate in all work
- A quick thinker who can solve problems effectively
- Immediate availability is a plus
