We're seeking a results-driven Catering Sales Executive to drive sales growth and build relationships with potential and existing clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate, social, and events sectors
- Identify and reachout to foreign workers dormatry and worksites for new clients acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Develop and present customized catering proposals and menus to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to meet sales and profitability targets
- Collaborate with the events team to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure seamless event execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in catering sales, event sales, or a related field
- Ready to visit dormitories and work site
- Should be confirtable interacting with foreign migrant workers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
