Role and Responsibilities: As the Catering Operations Manager at RichFood Catering, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring flawless execution of events and consistently exceeding client expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

. Event Coordination: Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, ensuring every detail is meticulously arranged for seamless events.

. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the catering operations team, including chefs, service staff, and event coordinators, to deliver exceptional service and uphold our brand standards.

. Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies, to ensure smooth event operations.

. Quality Control: Ensure food presentation, service, and overall event experience align with our high-quality standards.

. Logistics and Set-Up: Oversee event logistics, from transportation to set-up and breakdown, to guarantee events run smoothly and on schedule.

. Client Relations: Interact with clients to understand their event requirements, address inquiries, and provide support to ensure their vision is realized.

. Problem-Solving: Handle unexpected challenges that may arise during events, swiftly resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.

. Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure necessary resources and maintain positive relationships.

. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations during all catering operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

. Proven experience in catering or event operations, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.

. Strong leadership abilities, inspiring and guiding your team to excellence.

. Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple events concurrently.

. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, maintaining composure under pressure.

. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors.

. Detail-oriented mindset with an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.

. Familiarity with the Singapore catering and events industry is advantageous.

. Proficiency in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
