Catering Operations Executive

This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events and the execution of the events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

. Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders

. Coordinate with a salesperson on customer's order before delivery

. Proper loading/unloading of catering equipment into the delivery vehicle

. Delivery and collection to island-wide catering places

. Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirement

. Organise set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events, etc.

. Inventory control for catering equipment used upon collection of orders

. Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for the assigned delivery vehicle

. Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements

. Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager

REQUIREMENTS

. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

. Excellent customer service and ability to interact well with clients

. Ability to work independently and in a team

. Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

. Must possess a Class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills
